include any and all reports obtained under or through the
Freedom of Information Act, from the Operations System Branch of the
F.A.A. involving Accidents, Incidents or Enforcements. And, is in
accordance with the Immunity & Release from Liability Provision
of P.L. 104-264 Section 502 , 49 U.S.C. § 44703(h)(2)(A) of the
Pilot Records Improvement Act of 1996, effective February 7, 1997,
and as amended December 5, 1997, September 20, 2001, March 22, 2002,
and January 28, 2004. 49 CFR Part § 40.25 DOT request for Alcohol
and Drug Records
FULL PRIA BACKGROUND SCREENING PACKAGE
(Required for all Pilots) $90.00
Meets and satisfies all minimum F.A.A. guidelines set forth by
the Aviation Security Improvement Act of 1995, effective January 31,
1996, and the Pilot Records Improvement Act of 1996, effective
February 7, 1997, and as amended December 5, 1997, September 20,
2001, March 22, 2002, and January 28, 2004 by H.R. 2626 Public Law
105-142, (12-5-97). This package Includes: : A Ten-year
Listed/Five-year Verified Employment/Access Investigation Report,
Driving history, to include the formal National Driver Register
request, Five year Criminal history, Social Security Number
verification, Highest level of Education within 10 year
verification, and F.A.A. licensing. BSS, Inc., will formally
initiate Pilot Record Improvement Act requests for records from
Previous Employers and formal request for F.A.A. verification of
Certifications, Medical and any supplemental report of Accidents,
Incidents, and Enforcements , that have not been subsequently
overturned by the F.A.A.
FULL BACKGROUND SCREENING PACKAGE (Non Pilot)

This package designed for all Mechanics, all Medical Positions,
and Flight Attendants: A Five-Year Employment/Access Investigation
and Verification report, Driving history, County by County Criminal
History, Social Security Number verification, License
Certifications, and Highest level of Education within 10 year
verification.
NOTES FOR CLARIFICATION:
Client Companies must submit working applications, including
dates of employment, telephone numbers and all appropriate forms
with each applicant request.
It is mandatory that a Ten Year Employment History be listed. It
is incumbent that applicants provide all necessary telephone and
facsimile numbers for Contacts for the most recent Five Year
Verification Period. E-mail addresses should be provided if
applicable.
Applicants stating periods of Foreign Employment, outside the
United States and Canada , will be required to provide documentation
for these alleged periods of employment and time frames.
Documentation submitted by applicants in Foreign Language must be
accompanied by Facsimile Translations into English. Additional Telephone Charges for Foreign Verification
Will Be Charged to the Client.
Electronic Verifications utilized by Major Companies and
Universities, through out the United States , for Employment and/or
Educational verifying are not included in this pricing structure and
Will Be Charged to the Client.
Criminal background history is verified by listed addresses
provided by the subject for the last Five year period and are done
on the basis of where the subject has lived longest in that period.
Any additional criminal history Will Be Billed to
the Client depending on County and State of the verification.
