• Conduct a site match to locate an enabled collection site near to each customer location
• Establish an account with the laboratory on behalf of the customer
• Provide training to all customer users on navigating the Electronic CCF application

Customer users would:

• Logon to the laboratory website to register a job applicant or employee for testing (optional)
• Direct the donor to the collection site
• Monitor donor visit and participation, if necessary
• Receive the employer copy of the Electronic CCF generated at the conclusion of the test
