Reports
Criminal Court Records are researched
on a County-by-County basis, throughout the U.S., and reveal
arrests and/or conviction of Felonies and Misdemeanors, to
include: Major and minor traffic offenses, Domestic
violence and abuse, Drugs (possession, sales, paraphernalia),
Theft, Robbery, Assault, Rape, Murder, and other crimes
against persons and the public peace. Court Records
normally include final court dispositions.

State Arrest Record Reports
Reveal criminal arrest records
maintained by: State Repositories, Sheriff's
Departments, State Police, and other Municipal, County, and
State Law Enforcement Agencies. Arrest records do not
always indicate prosecution, convictions, plea bargaining for
lesser offenses, or acquittals. And, not all states
maintain central repositories of arrest records.

Motor Vehicle or Driving Record
Reports
Reveal the most current five to seven
year history of major and minor traffic violations and
convictions. Driving records can also provide
information regarding drug and alcohol related problems.
Driving while intoxicated convictions can signal future job
performance problems. Reports of license denial due to
suspensions, revocations can be accessed through the National
Driver Register. These reports can be most helpful in
protecting your company's vehicles and liability
insurance. Alcohol related problems can be reason for
denial of medical certification for pilots.

Workers' Compensation Claims
Reports
Reveal the frequency of claims filed of
claims filed, and help clients make important hiring decisions
regarding physically demanding jobs and the prospective
employees' susceptibility to on-the-job injuries.
Further Workers' Compensation histories are strictly protected
under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Under
the law, employers are to have made a conditional job offer
prior to reviewing Workers' Compensation records due to
Specific Privacy Acts and have determined that information
contained in these records should be held in the strictest of
confidence as are a person's personal medical
records.

Reveal a synopsis of the prospective

Access investigation reports for airlines, require applicants
to provide a ten-year history of employment and Background
Screening Services, Inc., verifies the most recent five
years. Background Screening Services follows specific
guidelines established by Airport security Offices, in the
verification of employment histories for airline
personnel.

Educational and Training Verification
Reports
Reveal and verify the accuracy of an
applicant's education and training history. Reports
verify attendance and graduation from high schools, vocational
training centers, colleges and universities (both two and four
year institutions). Most clients choose only to verify
the highest levels of academic achievement.

dates of issue and expiration, through State, and National
